BBS rails are open source and available free of cost for the community (NGOs, governmental departments, police-legal system) to use.

They can incorporate the BBS rails through any existing (or new) mobile applications, website plug-ins, WhatsApp integrations, feature phone bases SMS, and public landline based phone calls as desired by individual and community members
