Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023

The Ministry of Electronics and IT launched the landmark legislation on data protection through the Digital Personal Data Protection Act. BBS as an infrastructure is fully compliant with the act and collects no personally identifiable data on children.

Using digital means to access children actually helps ensure that last mile interactions are also monitored more effectively, something that becomes difficult in offline contexts.
