Infrastructure overview

BBS has a five tier resolution system that allows more children to have equitable access to resources and reduces the burden on the existing infrastructure to cope with large number of cases.

If we break up the flow of a situation from occurrence to resolution, we may arrive at 6 common threads (highlighted in yellow below). By creating mechanisms for resolution at each layer, we are able to address the needs of children while only escalting those cases that haven't been resolved at the previous layer.
